Application:
HS series is a good
choice for customers with insufficient budget. By using Taiwan & Japan made
electrical products, the machines achieve good performance while keep the cost
at a lower level. These models are making small sachets for small size product
doses, they are very versatile machines that can produce individual sachets,
and can also make strings with 3 and 4 side seals. The seals can be
personalized with several seal patterns.
HMS series is
designed for 3/4 sealing sachet and DOYPACK packaging need, it can make
standard DOYPACK pouches, as well as with special additional functions like
zipper, hanging hole, spout or special shapes. It also has big size and duplex
series, which can meet packaging requirement of big volume and high speed.

The machine must be equipped with protective fences for potentially dangerous areas, blocking and emergency stop devices. |

The machine must be equipped with transparent protective cover in cap and tape transportation area to prevent infiltration of foreign objects |

Surfaces contacting with food product must be smooth without protrusions or grooves leading to accumulation of the product and complicating cleaning. |

The materials used in the machines must be approved to contact with food and durable to washing and disinfection |
