Application:
ZP-17G is automatic rotating and continuous compression. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, and also suitable for industrial sectors such as food, chemicals, batteries, electronics, and ceramics.
1. The outer casing is a closed form of all stainless steel, and the internal table surface is made of stainless steel, which can maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination, meet the requirements of GMP.
2. It is equipped with plexiglass see-through window, which can see the pressing state, and the side panels can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged.
4. Adopt frequency conversion speed control device for electrical speed control, convenient operation, stable rotation, safe and accurate.
5. Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure is overloaded, it can automatically stop.
6. Implement electromechanical integration, using touch keys and screen display.
7. Take the lead in using the automatic lubrication device and the plexiglass dust-proof device on the top of the turntable.
8. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank below the main engine. It is a safe and separated independent part without mutual contamination. It also makes the transmission part soaked in the oil pool, which is easy to dissipate heat and wear.
9. Equipped with powder suction device, can suck the dust in the pressing room.
